ANZAC Day 2025

The traditional Dawn Service will be held at the town's cenotaph at 5.45am.

The Anzac Day Commemoration Ceremony will begin at 8.55am with a march led by the Bendigo Pipe band leaving the Cohuna Post office. The procession will march along King George and Market streets to Cohuna Memorial Park, located next to the Cohuna Memorial Hall. 

The traditional Dawn Service will be held at the Kerang Cenotaph, located in Atkinson Park, from 5.45am.

The ANZAC Day march will begin at the corner of Victoria and Wellington streets at 10am, heading to the Kerang Cenotaph for a wreath laying ceremony.

A dawn service will be held from 6am at the Barham Cenotaph, followed by a gunfire breakfast at cluBarham.

The traditional march from Barham to Koondrook will occur from 11am, followed by a wreath laying ceremony at the Koondrook RSL headquarters (Arbuthnot Street).

Commemorations will begin at 10.30am with a service at the Murrabit Hall, where guest speaker, Dennis Greenwood will highlight the achievements of Roby Manual.

A World War One flying ace, Roby led the ANZAC Day flyby over London in 1919.

This will be followed by a service at the cenotaph and a community luncheon at the back of the Murrabit Hall from 11.30am provided by the Murrabit & District Lions Club. 

A service will be held at the Mystic Park Cenotaph from 11.30am, with Julie Smith the guest speaker.

A barbecue will be held on the lawns of the Mystic Park Hotel following official proceedings.

The town's ANZAC Day march will begin at 7.50am, with the service to follow at 8am.

An egg and bacon roll breakfast will be served following the completion of proceedings.
