Creative Gannawarra Art Salon coming to Murrabit

Murrabit will host the first session of Creative Gannawarra’s popular Art Salon program for 2023 next month.

This free event, occurring at Busy Bees of Murrabit on Wednesday, 1 March from 7pm, will enable residents to network, consult and collaborate regarding creative projects.

“Since the program’s relaunch in 2021, our Art Salons have enabled residents who have a passion for creative pursuits to share ideas and learn how our local communities can work together to deliver a creative project or event,” Gannawarra Shire Council Chief Executive Officer, Geoff Rollinson said.

“Murrabit and district is renowned for its community connection, and the timing of this event is ideal as our communities work to recover socially from the October 2022 floods.”
