Roommates: The Musical coming to Lake Charm

Renowned award-winning performer and comedian, Jude Perl is returning to the Gannawarra next month to mark the start of Creative Gannawarra’s 2023 performance program.

Jude will perform one of her most recognisable shows, Roommates: The Musical at the Lake Charm Hall on Friday, 3 March at 7.30pm.

“Jude’s previous visit to the Gannawarra was back in June 2021 for her sold out I Have A Face tour, and like last time, audience members will have a fun night laughing, crying and singing,” Gannawarra Shire Council Chief Executive Officer, Geoff Rollinson said.

Roommates: The Musical is a hilarious and insightful look into living in the shared house of our mind, focusing on how these different parts of us interact.

The show, which was one of the highlights of the 2017 Melbourne International Comedy Festival, was recognised at the 2018 Green Room Awards, taking out the Best Original Songs title.

“Roommates: The Musical showcases Jude’s ability to tell a story through lyrics and address everyday issues in an entertaining manner,” Mr Rollinson said.
