2024

Six Council-led initiatives were in contention for the publicly-voted 2024 National Awards for Local Government.
Koondrook was a finalist in the Top Tiny Tourism Town category for the 2024 TAC Victorian Top Tourism Town Awards.
The Kerang All Abilities Play Space and Changing Places facility was a finalist in the Best Regional/Rural Industry Contribution Award in the 2024 Parks and Leisure Australia Victoria/Tasmania Regional Awards.

Winner of the Outstanding Small Rural Council Initiative Award at the 2022 LGPro Awards for Excellence
Winner of the Community Assets & Infrastructure ($2.5 million and under) Initiative Award at the 2022 LGPro Awards for Excellence
Winner of the Special Projects Initiative Award at the 2022 LGPro Awards for Excellence
Loddon Mallee Move It program, which Council participated in, won the Outstanding Program or Project – Grant Based at the 2022 LGPro Active Ageing and Wellbeing Awards
KerangLink advocacy highly commended in the Productivity Through Infrastructure Category at the 2022 National Awards for Local Government, with 14 other Council initiatives finalists in the publicly-voted awards
Highly Commended in the Community Assets & Infrastructure (projects over $2.5 million) Initiative Award at the 2022 LGPro Awards for Excellence
Team Leader Rural Roads, Jon Haw Highly Commended in the Young Achiever Award at the 2022 LGPro Awards for Excellence
